Your ePort Connect service package includes:
- Merchant services
eliminates the need for you to establish a merchant account for each credit-card enabled terminal. As part of this service, we will process your transactions on your behalf while minimizing and handling charge backs and returns. - Networking and communication services
Customers can select the ePort® card reader hardware or software from USA Technologies as their preferred hardware component or elect to use a credit/debit combo reader manufactured by MEI and Coinco. These options can communicate to USA Technologies' back-end system wirelessly or via an Ethernet or standard POTS phone line, and receive all of the service benefits available through ePort Connect. - Technical support
Our highly experienced technicians are on call 24/7 to handle any technical inquiries. - A help desk for your customers' inquires
USA Technologies' toll-free phone number is listed on a consumers' credit card statement with each purchase made through the ePort Connect payment processing system. If they have questions regarding these transactions, our help-desk representatives are available to assist them. - EFTs
Funds from the credit and debit card transactions are electronically transferred into your bank account on a customizable pre-scheduled basis. - Online reporting and management
The most unique and powerful component of the ePort Connect service package is the online reporting and management service, USALive®. USALive is designed to provide you with both cash and credit sales information and pre-defined alerts in customizable reports so you can more effectively manage and monitor your terminals in the field. - Settlement
Vending operators who use ePort Connect can now settle their cashless vending accounts in a way that is fast and easy and able to interface with their existing accounting systems. DEX data transfer is also an available option.
