Via the USALive reporting system, USAT provides reporting of credit and cash transactions, user configuration, reporting by machine and region, by date range and transaction type, data reports for operations and finance, graphical reporting for sales and to customers, and condition monitoring for equipment service.
USA Technologies provides a toll-free phone number listed on consumers' credit card statements with each purchase made through the ePort Connect payment processing system. Consumers are then able to contact USAT customer service with billing inquiries which prevents potential chargebacks*.
Via the USALive reporting system, USAT provides a driver route settlement process with same-day reporting and data input to route accounting, weekly EFT and payment reconciliation input to accounts receivable, and an audit process that displays totals at the machine and reports all transactions down to the cent and second.

Automatic over-the-air updates to software, settings, and security protocol from USAT network to USAT's ePort card reader keep your hardware up-to-date and enables your company to benefit from any advancements made after your hardware purchase.
Machine Health Alerts
New functionality is being added to the ePort Connect Services that will notify you of coin changer, bill acceptor or card reader malfunctions and product out-of-stock situations. Alerts can be sent to key personnel and tracked historically on USALive.
