USA Technologies Launches New, More Customer Friendly Web Site; Offers Improved On-line Product Ordering Process

MALVERN, Pa, September 23, 2005-- USA Technologies (OTCBB: USTT) announced today it had redesigned its web site to make it more customer friendly and order responsive.

The site includes a direct link to the GSA (General Services Administration) Advantage ordering system that allows State and Federal agencies worldwide to buy USA Technologies' products on-line at pre-approved prices in a matter of minutes.

"The new USA Technologies web site is more comprehensive and easier to navigate, providing more efficient access to products, company information and news," said Wendy Jenkins, Vice President, Marketing, USA Technologies. "The new site includes a calendar of events that lists the sales and marketing conferences and expos where we will demonstrate and promote our product lines, as well as other significant company and investor news and events," she said.

The web site more clearly details the company's five key products, supported by customer and business partner testimonials. It includes product specifications, literature and installation guides—all to make purchasing and installing USA Technologies' products easier for our customers.

The products featured are the e-Port® that converts vending machines to accept cashless transactions, Miser energy management products, Business Express® office services, e-Suds™ which puts college laundry services on-line and the eZ-APN™ that networks non PC embedded devices.

The web site also provides more detail and access to USA Technologies' customers and business partners, which include names such as ZiLOG, MEI, IBM, Cingular, and Honeywell.

"Everything on the web site is better defined, easier to access, self explanatory, supported by testimonials from key partners and news releases that trace our record of success," said Ms. Jenkins. "The site is much more attention grabbing and is designed to generate more consumer interest and product sales."
