PC - 24/7, 4-hour response time

A service technician is scheduled to arrive at your location within four hours after problem determination is completed. Service is provided around the clock, every day, including holidays. Hardware-related issues only.

Fax - Express Exchange

HP will send a permanent replacement unit, freight prepaid, via premium air freight carrier to the customer who calls the HP Customer Support Center between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, except HP holidays. The replacement unit will be free of major cosmetic deficiencies.

Copier - 4-hour response time Monday through Friday

Includes a 5-year performance guarantee. Enjoy 95% uptime guarantee or FREE replacement. Service, travel, parts, labor, drums and supplies (toner, developer) except paper. Customer will be billed directly for the Cost-per-Copy program.

Printer - Next Day Onsite Support

An HP Authorized Representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance service between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays, during the next working day after a call is received. This applies to sites within 100 miles of the HP Support Offices listed in the HP Support Office Guide

Troubleshooting

In addition, USA Technologies offers 24/7 1-800 Help Desk support for customers and merchant inquiries. The number (1-888-561-4748) appears on all customer receipts and in the transaction line item on the cardholder’s monthly credit card statement. Customers can call USA Technologies with any billing questions they may have.

The Help Desk should always be contacted first if any questions or equipment concerns arise.
